Sweat Fest- 3 Part Workout

This is a tough workout so I have divided it into 3 parts. Each part averages about 15 minutes. Part 1 consists of high intensity intervals of cardio, legs, and core. Part 2 focuses on the butt, inner and outer thighs. Part 3 is a mix of high intensity cardio intervals as well as a sequence for the legs. Get ready to SWEAT!
