Yay! I'm so excited to launch this new category! I am going to start with some of my FAVORITE glute exercises. I do these in the gym very regularly. So, these can be considered some of your "go to" moves. I have divided the exercises into 2 days. You will start with these 2 and continue doing them each week for this whole month. We'll add a few more next month and switch the routine a bit.
This video shows the leg & glute workout I do in the gym. I am demonstrating each move using moderate weight. Make sure you get the form down properly before you progress the weight. Once you have mastered the correct form start increasing the weight so that the muscles are challenged.
