This routine is AWESOME!
I ended up having to film this 4 times in a row! The first time, my camera messed up, the second time, I messed up, and the third time, my husband came through the door with the baby! Haha
Needless to say, my butt was BARELY hanging on by the end!
I suggest using a fabric style "hip circle" band, but you can do this routine with a rubber loop band if that's all you have. Medium tension is good. If you go too heavy, you won't be able to keep good form and you probably won't be able to finish the routine. Trust me!
