I'm using a pair of 15 lb dumbbells here, but use whatever weight challenges you while still being able to maintain good form. The first half of this routine is done standing. The second half is on the floor.
Some days you just don't feel like standing! So this workout lets you get a total body workout (glutes, abs, back, chest, shoulders) while laying on your back :)
This routine is soooo good! It covers a lot in just 5 minutes! Each move has the upper and lower body working to get the most bang for your buck! I'm using a pair of 8 lb weights for the whole routine.
