This 11 minute workout is a plank series that will have your core on fire!

Planks are a great way to improve strength and stability in your abs, back, and stabilizer muscles. Remember to keep a straight line from head to heels. Pull your abs in (tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals) to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or sagging in the middle.
