3 Part Tabata Workout

One of the most popular types of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is Tabata training. The intervals in Tabata are extremely short but extremely intense. You will perform the exercise each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. This cycle will repeat 8 times which lasts 4 minutes. This 3 part workout includes an instructional demo video for cardio-Tabata, Tabata-Cardio, Tabata-Triceps & Abs, and Tabata-Cardio & Core.
You do not need any equipment for this workout so get ready to CRUSH some calories with Tabata!
