This is a COOL 8 minute workout that uses the gliders to target up the back, triceps, and backs of the shoulders. I am using a pair of felt squares from the craft store but you can purchase a pair of the actual fitness Gliding Discs here: You can also use paper plates or small towels. These "swimming" movements really wake up the muscles along the back side of the body in a new way. This routine is a must try!
