This 26 minute routine uses the stability ball to challenge the muscles in a different way. This is a killer workout for your core! It is so important to keep the body guessing and to include variety into your workouts. The stability ball is a great, inexpensive piece of equipment to use to activate new muscle fibers. It fires up the core and strengthens those important stabilizing muscles.
