The BOSU is a fun, challenging way to add variety into your workouts. The BOSU is a great way to work the core and stabilizing muscles. Very few people have a BOSU at home but I have had several requests from members who have access to one. This 39 minute routine uses only the BOSU! This workout is a killer mix of HIIT cardio, legs, arms and LOTS of core!
