This 45 minute workout is a fun, fast-paced routine that uses the stability ball. You will use a stability ball as you alternate between a cardio exercise and a strength training exercise. This workout is a great way to switch up your normal routine. The stability ball forces your body to stabilize itself while doing exercises. There are very little breaks in this one so get ready to jump and pump your way to a more toned body!
