This workout is all about form and specific sequencing. This 24 minute routine focuses on the shoulders and rear delts. These moves will help sculpt the shoulders and add shape and definition. If you sit at a desk all day, have bad posture or back pain you need to do this workout! You must use light weights for these exercises because of the range of motion. I suggest 5 lbs (or less for beginners). This entire workout is done standing.
