Ok I am really excited about this workout because I put lots of super creative moves in here! This 54 minute routine targets the rear delts, triceps and glutes using a light resistance band. So many women carry tension in the neck/shoulders/back area. Working the postural muscles will help you feel so much better! This workout has lots of different moves and ranges of motion that you've probably never seen or done so make sure your band is a light resistance. It might be hard to make it through some of the rear delt sequences because most people are weak in that area. The beauty of working with bands is that you control the difficulty. Just give yourself more band (less resistance) as needed.
