How Often Are New Workouts Added?

New videos are added monthly. Plus, as a member you have unlimited access to all workouts.

What If I Need To Cancel My Membership?

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Just email a request to http://www.bekahfit.com/contact and allow 7-10 business days.

What if I don't have much equipment?

It's ok! Most of the routines require little to no equipment. It is recommended to have a couple of pairs of dumbbells and a mat.

I don't have much time to work out. What if I only have 20 minutes a day?

The videos range from 5 minutes to 1 hour. Many of the workouts last 20-30 minutes so that you have the flexibility of adding different routines together to customize your workout for the day. Each week I also recommend a 4 day plan with specific video selections for that particular week.

Can I Do The Workouts If I'm Pregnant?

Yes you can! First, consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Keep your heart rate below 140 beats per minute. Avoid abdominal exercises that require you to lie on your back. Pregnancy is not the time to start a new exercise program unless your doctor recommends it. It is generally ok to continue with the exercises you participated in before you became pregnant. Just take it at your own pace and your own level.

What If I'm A Beginner?

No problem! While most of the workouts will challenge your body and push you out of your comfort zone, modifications are shown to accommodate all fitness levels. Start out with the workouts listed under the 'beginner' category. This will help you learn proper form while you build a base of strength in preparation for the more challenging routines.
