This 48 minute routine is a metabolic, low impact, circuit workout that mixes functional training with compound exercises, dynamic movement, and variation of exercise sequences, angles, and movement patterns. You'll keep moving from exercise to exercise with very few breaks in between. You will need a pair of light weights for this workout. I am using 5 lb dumbbells. There is a strong focus on the shoulders and rear delts in this routine so make sure not to go too heavy with your weights.
